HOW WE STARTED?

“ENERGOPOL – POŁUDNIE” S.A was established in 1968 with the purpose of satisfying the demand for equipment and tools for the dynamically developing at that time construction industry. In the beginning of the 90 s we changed our business profile and expanded the operation in the field of services (construction equipment rental) with production activity. With time production of building materials has become our major scope of operation, and its range has been continuously broadened in order to keep up to the dynamically changing Polish market.

Since April 1, 1993 “ENERGOPOL – POŁUDNIE” S.A has been operating as a joint-stock company.

Since 1998 we are a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

WHO ARE WE ?

“ENERGOPOL – POŁUDNIE” S.A is a medium size construction company operating mainly on the Polish market. We have built our high position based on best-qualified staff, rich equipment stock, and most of all on top quality of services we provide. Therefore we can participate in various scale construction projects: from great “green field” type investments to small undertakings in all scopes of the Company’s operation.

We build our portfolio of projects based on obtaining contracts for:
- performing big projects whose beneficiaries are local governments (changes in cities’ and towns’ communication arrangements, demolitions of post-industrial facilities);
- investments in the area of the environment protection (land reclamation, restoration of degraded terrains);
- works related to preparation of land for construction of new plants and shopping centers.
